Cayman’s Panton: Island Debuting New LLC Law.  
Wayne Panton, Cayman Islands Minister of Financial Services, said the island is introducing a structure that is a combination of partnership and company, similar to a Delaware-based LLC. Panton spoke with A.M. BestTV at the 2016 RIMS Annual Conference and Exhibition in San Diego.
