The Ritz-Carlton
Rooms at The Ritz-Carlton are reserved for IMAC Members who are Captive Owners and always sell out almost immediately. However, a wait list will operate when the hotel is fully booked, and rooms will be released as and when available on a first come first served basis.
The Ritz will contact those on the wait list prior to booking to determine if a room is still required. Instructions on how to join their waitlist will be visible upon completion of your forum registration as a Delegate.
All reservations at the discounted rates are subject to availability, so book early.
Arriving

Getting around
