Evening Receptions (US$ – contact IMAC)
Sponsors receive a package including participation in the event theme etc, opportunity to place signage at the event, logo and name on the website, and in the Forum App, complimentary passes for sponsor and guests etc.
Breakfast / Luncheon sponsorship (US$ 5,000 / US$ 3,500)
Sponsors receive a complimentary Delegate pass (Full Forum- including breakfast, lunch and the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening cocktail events only), opportunity to distribute materials in the tent on the Great Lawn and place signage* in the vicinity, a mention of thanks at the morning session for their sponsorship, company name, logo and website in Forum App.
*The signage may be comprised of a vinyl type banner approx 6’x 4′ on the outside of the tent and up to 4 similarly sized banners, or a similar number of popup displays, inside the tent which will be displayed for both days of the Forum. Sponsors are responsible for providing and recovering their signage after the event.
Sponsorship is available on a Exclusive ($5,000) or Non-Exclusive basis ($3,500).
Table Top Exhibitor package includes:
Company name, logo and website in Forum App, company signage at designated tables (unattended). Table Top Exhibitor space is approximately 4 feet long and 30″ deep on a row of unattended draped tables on a main corridor. Several stacks of magazines, brochures, flyers etc) may be placed on the draped table with space for a pop-up banner (max 36″ wide) or a multimedia presentation. Signs may not be attached to the corridor walls which will be undraped. There will limited space for storage below the draped tables. All logos and websites etc must be received by midday Friday, September 6, 2019.
CCF2019 Table Top Exhibitor – Information and Registration Form
Our exhibitor package includes the following:
Company name, logo and website in Forum App, name on the Captive Forum website, an 8′ X 10′ booth area (except for table top areas – see Exhibit Hall Layout), one 30: X 96″ table, clothed and skirted, two chairs, electrical outlets, two complimentary Delegate passes (Full Forum- including breakfast, lunch and the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening cocktail events (additional passes subject to availability may be purchased for guests). All logos and websites etc must be received by midday Friday, September 6, 2019.
Note: Booth Draw/Prizes: Exhibitors are encouraged to arrange for a prize(s) determined by a drawing of business cards: The prize winners will be announced at the end of the Thursday luncheon.
Exhibitors may purchase additional Sponsor/Exhibitor Staff Passes.
Sponsor/Exhibitor Staff Pass – US$250.00
Allows Sponsors/Exhibitors staff access to the exhibitor areas, breakfast and lunch, hospitality suites. (Excludes ALL receptions)

If you were an Exhibitor at past Cayman Captive Forums we will automatically email the Exhibitor Delegate to advise you that the registration process has commenced. Priority for the booth spaces is given first to Sponsors and then to past exhibitors on the basis of points earned from sponsoring / exhibiting in past years.
Exhibitor registration charges will be processed at April 30 or thereafter (except for Event Sponsors whereby the charge for the Booth is included within the Sponsorship price). Shortly thereafter all booths numbers will be allocated and the Exhibitor contact will be emailed their allocated Booth number.

All cancellations must be received in writing to IMAC@caymancaptive.ky
Refunds will be honoured on cancellations received in writing on or before August 30, 2019 less 10% of the total exhibitor/sponsorship fee. After August 30, 2019, no portion of the exhibitor/sponsorship fee will be refunded.
